24 Seven Insurance recently announced plans to close the virtual office located in Los Angeles, CA.
NEW YORK, NY, May 08, 2010 /High Tech - Internet PR News/ -- 24 Seven Insurance recently announced plans to close the virtual office located in Los Angeles, CA. The customer service center will now be fully operated for the New York virtual office location at 100 Church St., New York, NY 10007. The national headquarters will maintain it's current location in Charlotte, NC.
For 24 Seven Insurance, a national leader for providing free insurance quotes and education to consumers, the change is projected to result in improved client service, a consolidation of expenses, and further room for revenue growth.
24 Seven Insurance currently occupies 25% of the top floor of a two-story building located in Charlotte, NC's southern suburbs. "The proposed office location changes will provide greater efficiency in how we serve our customers. We will now be able to operate our entire customers service center from one location. It is our belief that these changes will improve overall communication, both external and internal." Said Chief Operating Officer, Ken Scales.
The office consolidation plan is on schedule to be completed by the end of May 2010. To minimize the impact of the changes on customers and clients, all of 24 Seven Insurance's phone numbers and fax numbers will remain active.
